1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using QueerChest, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal — sharing your login outside your own household isn't permitted under any plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change with advance notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't redistribute, download for resale, or publicly rebroadcast anything from the catalog outside the app.
• Don't use the service to harass, impersonate, or out another member.
• Don't attempt to bypass regional availability or access controls.

5. Content and licensing

Titles on QueerChest are owned by their creators or studios and licensed to us for streaming. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to stream — not to own or redistribute — that content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. Where possible, we'll tell you why before we do.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. We work to keep playback reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses arising from outages beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify account holders directly before the new terms take effect.
