Short version: this is a space people come to feel safe and seen. Everything below exists to protect that.
Be who you are
Chosen names and pronouns are respected everywhere on the platform, from profiles to support tickets. Deadnaming or misgendering another member, including in reviews or comments, isn't allowed.
No outing, ever
Sharing another person's orientation, gender identity, or presence on this platform without their consent is treated as a serious violation, regardless of your intent.
Critique the work, not the person
Reviews and discussion threads are for honest opinions about titles. Harassment, slurs, or pile-ons directed at cast, creators, or other members will get content removed and repeat accounts suspended.
Keep minors out of adult content
Titles are labeled by age rating, and profiles for younger viewers are restricted automatically. Attempting to bypass those restrictions is a violation.
Report, don't retaliate
If something crosses a line, use the report tool rather than engaging publicly. Reports are reviewed by a human, not resolved automatically.
Consequences
Depending on severity, violations can lead to content removal, a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. We'll always tell you which guideline was broken.
