Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have — especially important on a platform where privacy can mean safety.
Last updated · March 2026
1. Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, username, email), viewing activity used to maintain your watchlist and continue-watching list, and basic device information needed to deliver playback reliably.
2. What we don't do
- We don't sell your viewing history or personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't display your identity, orientation, or viewing activity to other members unless you choose to make a profile public.
- We don't require legal name matching on your public username.
3. How we use information
To operate your account, personalize recommendations, process billing, respond to support requests, and keep the platform secure against fraud and abuse.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (like payment processing), and only to the extent needed for them to do that job. Any such provider is bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Your choices
You can download a copy of your account data, delete your viewing history, or close your account entirely from account settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems within 30 days.
6. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and billing records for as long as legally required afterward.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify affected members promptly if that ever changes the calculus for their account.
8. Updates to this policy
Material changes will be communicated directly to account holders, not just posted quietly on this page.
